¿How to create or upload a menu in Waitry?

In this guide, we walk you step-by-step through the process of uploading your menu to the platform. We know that presenting your products in an attractive and organized way is key to the success of your business, and that is why Waitry is designed to make this process simple and efficient.

1️⃣ Log in to your location in Waitry.

2️⃣ Once inside, select the Products option from the left sidebar.

• Within the same products panel, create a category that represents a group (e.g., Drinks, Appetizers, Desserts).

• Then, create a subcategory within that category where the individual products or services will go.

• When uploading a product, a configuration panel will open with several key sections for personalizing it.

🔸 1. General

• Add the product name, description, price, and additional details (such as nutritional information).
• You can manage the main language from this section.

🔸2. Lenguage

Allows the product to be displayed in different languages. Ideal if your menu is multilingual.

🔸 3. Availability

• Set the maximum quantity per order or a limit per period. E.g.: Only 1 unit per person per day.
• Show only in certain services; in this case, you can establish whether the product will be visible in all your services (dine-in/table service, take away, delivery) or if it will only be available, for example, for dine-in/table service.

• Convert a product into a combo by adding other products already uploaded.

🔸 5. Recommended

• At the end of the selection process, you can display complementary products (such as drinks or desserts) to encourage additional purchases.

🔸 6. Properties

• Add tags that help customers find products faster, such as:
• Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc. You can search for existing properties or create new ones.

• Select the printer that should receive the order for this product (if you are using kitchen ticket printing).

At the end of the process, you will be able to view your menu, just as your customers will see it, to verify that everything is correctly uploaded and organized.
