Configure delivery Payments
Let's configure the payment methods for Delivery 🚴 Your customers will be able to order at home .
To do this, you must enter the configuration icon ⚙️ in LOCALS or at the top right of your screen, select DELIVERY and click on EDIT ✏️
There, in the PAGES tab you will have the different options available:
Let's explain each one:
MANDATORY PAYMENT: If you enable this option, it allows you to charge your customers at the time of placing the order. In this case, it is necessary to have configured some electronic payment option. You can see our options here. If you want to charge in cash or by other means outside Waitry, you can leave this option disabled. This way the order will be entered without payment.
ACCEPT ELECTRONIC PAYMENT: This option is automatically enabled once we choose MANDATORY PAYMENT. Your customer will pay from Waitry at the time of ordering.
ONLY USERS WITH TICKETBOX AND CREDIT CAN BUY: Allows only customers who you have previously assigned credit to make purchases. To learn more about this possibility, click here.
SERVICE CHARGE: This feature allows you to set a fixed service charge, which will be attached to the customer's account.
SUGGESTED TIP: Establish beforehand the amount of tip you want to indicate for the Delivery service.
MINIMUM AMOUNT: Do you want to set a minimum consumption amount? Put it here
As always, don't forget to click on SAVE
