Revo integration
With Waitry you can connect your Waitry account with your Revo POS, so you can automate your work and take even more advantage of the benefits of digitizing the service in your restaurant.
With this integration you will be able to:
🍽 Import to Waitry your plans and tables from Revo.
🥘 Import to Waitry your products from Revo
🥯 Send to Revo your Take Away and Delivery orders placed in Waitry
👉 Send orders placed with Waitry from the table to Revo
The integration with POS systems is a premium feature in Waitry, with a very low cost and a very high return, since you will be able to automate much of your work. We recommend you to check the current plans at https://waitry.net/es/precios/ to make sure you have the right plan. You can request a change of plan at any time through the platform's internal chat or at soporte@waitry.net.
The integration must connect your Waitry products to your Revo products so that orders can be shipped, for this they must have an internal identifier which is obtained by synchronizing products. If you have already created products in Waitry before synchronizing, they will be disconnected from Revo. The same will happen with tables. We recommend that you delete plans and products in Waitry before you start, or you can manually enter the external code (Revo ID) for each product so that you do not lose your work.
We can take care of everything and deliver you the platform 100% synchronized and configured to use. For this we recommend you to see our current prices and features included in the account setup. If you wish you can do it 100% autonomously by following the next steps.
To enable Revo in Waitry, we must go to the local configuration (We can enter from the startup shortcuts) and then go to Configure Local.
Once in this window, we must select the Connect POS button at the top right.
Login to Revo Support https://support.revo.works/es/articles/4
Log in to the Revo XEF Back Office: https://revoxef.works
Go to Manage Account, located in the upper right part of the screen.
Create a token.
Once in the integration window, select Revo, enable it and enter REVO USER NAME and REVO API TOKEN. Once this is done, click on Save to authorize Waitry in Revo.
Once the integration is done, in the case of adding products or modifications to the drawings in Revo, to add them to Waitry we must re-synchronize with the boxes "Synchronize structure as in your system" and "Update names and descriptions" disabled. Otherwise, all modifications we have made to our drawings and products will be overwritten and will revert to their initial state.
In the same way, new products should no longer be created in Waitry, since they will be out of sync and will not be sent to Revo.
To synchronize Revo products in Waitry go to "Products" and then press "Sync Products":
To synchronize floor plans and tables, go to Premises, Configuration and press "Sync Places":
Once the Waitry service is enabled, all orders will be automatically entered into your Revo POS, no need to enter them manually.
IMPORTANT: to enable this functionality, you must request it to support. This service has a differential cost.
You can configure Waitry and Revo so that all orders you generate in Revo are reported to Waitry and can work with Waitry's KDS (Kitchen Display System).
Once Support has enabled the functionality, you will need to do the following in the Revo web admin:
Log into the Revo XEF Back Office: https://revoxef.works.
In the side menu, go to Accounts and then to Webhook.
In the upper right corner, click on NEW to add a new Webhook.
In the form that opens, mark as ACTIVE, and enter the following URL:
https://api.waitry.net/1/interface/interface/createOrderRV?place=**NNNNNNN**
where you must replace NNNNNN with the Waitry account number indicated by support.
In Event select the option order.*.
Press SAVE
The Webhook Secret will appear at the top right. Copy that value and provide it to the Support team for configuration in Waitry.
Once the functionality is activated, you will start receiving orders that are created in Revo.
NOTE: Revo only reports order creation but does not report when products are added. For this reason, additions are retrieved by another method where there may be a delay of up to 30 seconds in appearing in Waitry.
