Deliverect Integration
With Waitry you can connect your Waitry account with your Deliverect account, so you can automate your work and take even more advantage of the benefits of digitizing the service in your restaurant.
With this integration you will be able to:
🍽 Import to Waitry your plans and tables from your POS through Deliverect.
🥘 Import your products from Deliverect to Waitry.
🥯 Send Take Away, Delivery orders placed on Waitry to Deliverect
👉 Send orders placed with Waitry from the table to Deliverect
The integration with POS systems is a premium feature in Waitry, with a very low cost and a very high return, since you will be able to automate much of your work. We recommend you to check the current plans at https://waitry.net/es/precios/ to make sure you have the right plan. You can request a plan change at any time through the platform's internal chat or at soporte@waitry.net.
You must have your Deliverect account and request to enable the Waitry sales channel on Deliverect. With this enablement our support team will be able to set up everything you need in Deliverect and Waitry.
The integration must connect your Waitry products with Deliverect products so that orders can be shipped, for this they must have an internal identifier which is obtained by synchronizing products. If you have already created products in Waitry before syncing, they will be disconnected from Deliverect. The same will be true for tables. We recommend that you delete plans and products in Waitry before you start, or you can manually enter the external code (Deliverect ID) for each product so you don't lose your work.
We can take care of everything and deliver you the platform 100% synchronized and configured to use. For this we recommend you to see our current prices and features included in the account setup. If you wish you can do it 100% autonomously by following the next steps.
To enable Deliverect in Waitry, we must go to the local configuration (We can enter from the startup shortcuts) and then go to Configure Local.
Once in this window, we must select Connect POS button at the top right.
Once in the integration window, we select Deliverect, enable it and complete the data requested on the screen. This data can be obtained from your Deliverect account. Once completed, press SAVE.
Once the integration is done, in the case of adding products or modifications to the plans in Deliverect, to add them to Waitry we must re-synchronize with the boxes "Synchronize structure as in your system" and "Update names and descriptions" disabled. Otherwise, all modifications we have made to our plans and products will be overwritten and will revert to their initial state.
Likewise, you should no longer create new products in Waitry, as they will be out of sync and will not be sent to Deliverect.
To sync Deliverect products to Waitry you must publish the menu you are going to use from Deliverect. To do this, follow the steps outlined by Deliverect.
To synchronize plans and tables, go to Premises, Settings and click on "Sync Products":
Once the Waitry service is enabled, all orders will automatically enter your POS through Deliverect, no need to enter them manually.
With this integration you will be able to:

Step-by-step configuration
