Requirements

Have the right plan in Waitry

Integration with management systems is a premium feature in Waitry, with a very low cost and a very high return, since you will be able to automate much of your work. We recommend you to check the current plans at https://waitry.net/es-ar/precios/ to make sure you have the right plan. You can request a plan change at any time through the platform's internal chat or at soporte@waitry.net.

Request integration

The integration must first be activated by MaxiREST. For this you can request the integration in the Waitry internal chat or at soporte@waitry.net. We will manage the integration with MaxiREST, who will contact you by phone to access your computer and enable the integration. Once enabled, we can continue.

(Optional) Remove Waitry tables and products

The integration must connect your Waitry products with MaxiREST products so that orders can be shipped, for this they must have an internal identifier that is obtained by synchronizing products. If you have already created products in Waitry before synchronizing, they will be disconnected from MaxiREST. The same will happen with tables. We recommend that you delete plans and products in Waitry before you start, or you can ask us to manually reconnect them after synchronizing so that you don't lose your work.

(Optional) Request account setup from Waitry

We can take care of everything and deliver you the platform 100% synchronized and configured to use. For this we recommend you to see our current prices and features included in the account setup. If you wish you can do it 100% autonomously by following the next steps.

Step by step setup.

Step 1:

To enable MaxiREST in Waitry, we must go to the local configuration (We can enter from the shortcuts on startup).

Configuration button

Step 2:

Once in this window, we must select Connect POS button at the top right.

Step 3:

Once in the integration window, we select MaxiREST, enable it and with our MaxiREST ID we will be able to synchronize the plans and products and that's it! After a few seconds, we will have Waitry synchronized correctly.

IMPORTANT:

Once the integration is done, in the case of adding products or modifications to the plans in MaxiREST, to add them to Waitry we must re-synchronize with the boxes "Synchronize structure as in your system" and "Update names and descriptions" disabled. Otherwise, all the modifications we have made to our plans and products will be overwritten and will return to their initial state.

Likewise, you should no longer create new products in Waitry, as they will be out of sync and will not be sent to MaxiREST.

Synchronization

To synchronize MaxiREST products in Waitry go to "Products" and then press "Sync Products":

To synchronize floor plans and tables, go to Premises, Configuration and press "Synchronize Places":

Receive orders from Waitry in MaxiREST

For orders placed in Waitry to enter MaxiREST you will also have to request MaxiREST to enable the integration of orders with Waitry. You can contact them at their official contact: https://maxirest.com/contacto/. Remember that in the meantime your orders will enter Waitry as usual and you will be able to enter them manually in MaxiREST. Once the Waitry service is enabled, all orders will be entered automatically.

NOTE:

You should not advance the order in Waitry: As it is linked to Maxirest, you should not use the order steps because after you accept the order, the status of the table is queried in Maxirest. If the table is empty in Maxirest, then the order is closed in Waitry. This is so that there are no open orders in Waitry and another diner comes and takes over the previous order. They should not be accepted at Waitry either. When sent alone to Maxirest, the order will be accepted only when Maxirest reports that the table is occupied (which is when the order arrived). If the order does not enter the server, you should contact Maxirest support.
