Ordatic integration
With Waitry you can connect your Waitry account with your POS through Ordatic, so you can automate your work and take even more advantage of the benefits of digitizing the service in your restaurant.
With this integration you will be able to:
🥘 Import your products from Ordatic to Waitry.
🥯 Send to Ordatic the Take Away and Delivery orders placed in Waitry.
👉 Soon you will also be able to send orders placed with Waitry from the table to Ordatic.
The integration with POS systems is a premium feature in Waitry, with a very low cost and a very high return, since you will be able to automate much of your work. We recommend you check the current plans at https://waitry.net/es/precios/ to make sure you have the right plan. You can request a change of plan at any time through the platform's internal chat or at soporte@waitry.net.
You must have an Ordatic account and ask them to enable the Waitry sales channel for your business in your account.
The integration must connect your Waitry products with Ordatic products so that orders can be shipped, for this they must have an internal identifier which is obtained by synchronizing products. If you have already created products in Waitry before synchronizing, they will be disconnected from Ordatic. We recommend that you delete the products in Waitry before you start, or you can manually enter the external code (Ordatic ID) of each product so that you do not lose your work.
We can take care of everything and deliver you the platform 100% synchronized and configured to use. For this we recommend you to see our current prices and features included in the account setup. If you wish you can do it 100% autonomously by following the next steps.
To enable Ordatic in Waitry, we need to go to the locale configuration (We can enter from the shortcuts on startup) and then go to Configure Local.
Once in this window, we must select Connect POS button at the top right.
Once in the integration window, we select Ordatic, enable it and complete with the local identifier. Then press SAVE:
Once the integration is done, in the case of adding products or modifications to the drawings in Ordatic, to add them to Waitry we must re-synchronize with the "Synchronize structure as in your system" and "Update names and descriptions" checkboxes disabled. Otherwise, all modifications we have made to our drawings and products will be overwritten and will revert to their initial state.
Likewise, you should no longer create new products in Waitry, as they will be out of sync and will not be sent to Ordatic.
To synchronize Ordatic products in Waitry go to "Products" and then click on "Synchronize Products":
Once the Waitry service is enabled, all orders will automatically enter your POS through Ordatic, without the need to enter them manually.

Having an Ordatic account

Setup step by step
Step 1:
