Totem (Kiosk) Settings ⚙️

In this section, we will show you all the available configurations in our kiosk service, so you can easily adapt it to your preferences and needs:

• **Cover Image: **The image for the kiosk background must be Full-HD (9:16) Vertical 1080x1920.

• Cover Video: The kiosk background video must be Full-HD (9:16) Vertical 1080x1920.

• Screensaver Video : The kiosk background video must be Full-HD (9:16) Vertical 1080x1920.

Logo: The venue's logo must be square size (1:1). You can configure whether to show or hide the logo on the kiosk.

• Promotions banner image: Horizontal and rectangular format photograph (16:9 aspect ratio) and 1280px x 720px.

• Featured banner image: Horizontal and rectangular format photograph (16:9 aspect ratio) and 1280px x 720px.

•  Coupons banner image: Horizontal and rectangular format photograph (16:9 aspect ratio) and 1280px x 720px.

• Hide item counter: With this option, you can choose to hide the item counter so that it is only visible at the end of the shopping cart.

• **Columns for the general menu: **You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• Number of columns for promotions: You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• Number of columns for featured items: You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• Number of columns for coupons: You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• Number of columns for upselling: You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• Number of columns for cross-selling: You can configure the number of columns you want for the products to be displayed (from 1 to 4 columns).

• **Multi-brand Columns: **If your business has multiple licenses or venues in Waitry, you can now configure all of them on the same kiosk. This way, your customers can choose which venue they wish to make their purchase from. Furthermore, it is possible to customize the display of the venues on the kiosk, organizing them into 1 to 4 columns, as you prefer.

• Kiosk Colors: You can customize the colors on your kiosk so it reflects your brand's identity. To do this, you must follow these steps:

• 1️⃣ Go to the VENUES module > Click on the pencil icon ✏️ (EDIT).
• 2️⃣ Select the color you prefer or enter its hexadecimal code in the BACKGROUND COLOR and MAIN COLOR fields.
• 3️⃣ Once you have chosen the colors for your kiosk, click SAVE. Done! Your kiosk, just like your online store, will be personalized with the colors you have chosen.

• **Variations by steps: **Steps in variations allow you to configure your modifiers in a more intuitive way for the user. If you want to know how to configure it, you can see it in: How to configure product modifiers.
