An order goes through a series of steps from the moment it is created until it reaches your customer. At Waitry, we know that every business operates in different ways and at different paces, which is why we offer you a flexible and configurable tool to adapt to your way of working 😉

To configure the order steps, you must go to the configuration icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner of your screen and then select ORDER STEPS.

You can enable and disable the steps you want according to the organization of your venue's internal tasks.

If you wish, next to each step, you can specify a message that will reach your customer as a notification, so they can be aware of the status of their order 🙂

As always, once you have made the changes, don't forget to click SAVE.
