How to configure the order steps?

An order goes through a series of steps from the moment it is created, until it reaches your customer. At Waitry we know that every business operates in different ways and at different paces, that's why we provide you with a flexible and configurable tool to suit the way you work😉.

To configure the order steps, you must go to the configuration icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of your screen and then go to ORDER STEPS.
You can enable and disable the steps you want according to the organization of the internal tasks of your store.

If you wish, next to each step, you can set a message that will be sent to your customer as a notification, so that he/she can be informed of the status of his/her order🙂

As always, once you have made your modifications, don't forget to click on SAVE.
