Guide to clear product cache in Waitry
The option to clear the cache allows you to update the changes made in your Waitry panel and ensure they are correctly reflected on the platform. If you notice that a modification is not immediately visible, this process can help you resolve it. Below, we explain how to do it step by step:
1️⃣ Log in to your location in Waitry.
2️⃣ Once inside, select the Products option from the side panel.
⃣ In the upper right part of the screen, locate the three-dot icon (options menu).
⃣ Within the menu, select the Clear Cache option.

5️⃣ Finally, confirm the action by selecting the Reset Cache option. With this, you will be clearing the cache, and the recent changes will be updated on the platform.

🔔 Note:
We recommend clearing the cache if you made changes to products, the menu, images, or settings and they are not immediately visible in your store or to your customers.
