¿Where can I see my customer data?
¿Where can I see my customer data?
In this section, we will be able to get to know our customers.
- We will go to the CLIENTS tab located on the left side menu of our venue.
- All the customers who have placed orders will appear there:

- We will be able to see the data entered: The name, email, age, birthday, gender, first visit, last visit, the number of visits to the venue, the score the diner awarded, how much that person spent at our restaurant, and the details of it. By selecting this last one, you can see everything the customer has ordered:

Clarification: What is highlighted in RED is the more detailed "consumption information" of the diner; what is highlighted in GREEN is the "Product Ranking," which shows what the customer ordered the most at our venue.
- If we want to see the diners within a certain time period, we can filter our customers by week, month, year, or customize it from one specific day to another specific day:

- We can also search for our diners individually: To do this, you must select the "3 horizontal lines" located in the upper left corner, within the same tab. There, the customer can be located in different ways: We can search by order number, customer name, email, etc.
- Within the same option, you can also see other search filters: By activating "only active," by payment type (cash/card), and by point of sale (your venue's points of sale).

- Finally, we can export the same customer data that appeared on the platform into an Excel file: Within the same CLIENTS tab, where all our diner data appears, you will see a button in the upper right corner that says "EXPORT". By pressing it, the Excel file with all the data will be downloaded.

Done! We can now get to know our customers better.
Now you will be able to generate filters to get to know your users better 😉
- Within the Clients > People tab, you will be able to see the Filter button in the upper right corner.

- A new window will open. We will select "New Filter."

- The different options available to configure our filter will be displayed. You can assign a name to the filter, the diners' gender, age, total spent, last visit, and number of visits.

- We will press "Save" and close the window. Upon closing, we have 4 steps to follow to filter all our customers.

- We will deploy the "Filters" tab.
- We will select the filter.
- We will press the "update" button.
- The diners we have filtered will appear
- Done! You can now filter your users by generating different filters 🙂
