Waiting line

In this article we’ll show you how to use the “Waiting Line” feature to organize the waiting times and customer flow in your venue.

The Line module was created so that your customers don’t need to actually be there to know when they can come in.

First, go to the Line module on the side menu.

Once inside we must check the QR list of the venue. This will be the QR code that the customer will use to get on the waiting list to enter our venue.

When customers scan the QR code, they will be asked if they have company, how many people are entering the venue with them, and they will be placed on the waiting list as follows:

As shown above, we could send a notification to the user, assign a table when available, and see the exact waiting time the user has accumulated in real time.
