¿How to set up Waitry for self-service on tablets?

• Download Waitry for Android or iOS from your tablet's store.
• Open Waitry and log in with an Administrator or Waiter level user.
• Upon logging in, Waitry may ask you if you wish to configure that device as a fixed access point; answer yes to this.
• If it does not ask, go to the side menu (the 3 horizontal lines) and click on SETTINGS.

Here you have to select ADMINISTRATOR OPTIONS, which will take us to two choices:

• Static Access Point: This option is used to configure the device (tablet or mobile) and enter orders as a waiter.
• Kiosk: This option is designed for full HD screens for your customers to enter orders.

By entering the Static Access Point option, the internal configuration of the access point will appear. You must choose the location to configure, the sector (the type of service), and the access points (for example, one of the tables that are loaded in that service).

On the following screen, Waitry will confirm that this configuration was successful.

Our location will appear with the configuration we just performed: Table 1.

ou want to enter a new order at that table, you have to go to START NEW ORDER. If you want to start the order as a waiter, you must select the two arrows in the lower left corner.

Done! This way, you will be able to use your mobile or tablet and have the option for the waiter to place the orders for the customer.
