¿How to set up Marketing Content?

By entering the Marketing section, you can find a new feature called Content. With this tool, you can set up a pop-up or a banner to communicate whatever you need, making your digital menu more attractive and drawing your diner's attention to the products or information you want to highlight 😎

¿How do I access to Content?

It's very simple to access this new feature. First, you have to go to the Side Menu > Marketing > Content. Done, you can now create your first content by selecting the New Content option.

Within this section, you will be able to create 3 types of content:

• Full Screen:

It will appear on the main screen when the menu is first accessed. It contains a title, description, and a button that, when pressed, will take you to the assigned destination. The image must be in a vertical format.

• Popup:

It appears on half the screen and has a button that will redirect you to the assigned destination. It does not include a description or title; the image format is horizontal.

• Banner:

Appears at the beginning when you enter the menu and at checkout (If marked in the settings). It has no title or description. When you click on the banner, it will take you to the destination that has been assigned to it.

⚙️ General Settings

When creating or editing content, you will have a series of options to configure:

• Content Type: Full Screen, Popup, or Banner.
• Content Title: The title you will use to identify the content in your panel.
• Description: If the content type requires it, you can add a description.
• Button Text: If the content type requires it, you can write what you want the button that redirects the user to say.
• Validity: You can set the timeframe during which you want the content to be visible.
• Button Destination: You will need to assign the destination where you want the user to be redirected when they click on the content. This can be a URL, a Promo, a Category from your menu, or a specific Product. This will be assigned in the side cell.
• Show on Order Confirmation Screen: From this option, you can enable or disable the display of the content at the end of the cart during checkout.

⌚📆 Availability

In the content availability section, you can configure both days and times when you want your content to be displayed. You can also choose which services will be able to see the content and/or restrict it.

Other Options 🗒️

Once your content is created, you can view it in the Content management panel. Each created piece of content has 3 options:

• EDIT: To edit the content's configuration.
• DELETE: To permanently delete the content.
• DISABLE: To hide the content from your menu. When you need it again, you can enable it using this same option.
