How to enable and how the payment QR code works for table service

Did you know you can generate a payment QR code for table service so your diner can scan and pay directly?

We will learn how to do it simply 😉

NOTE: This payment QR code can only be generated if the orders are placed by the waiters on the Hosteltáctil, Revo, or Lightspeed POS systems.

• Your waiter can take the order for the customer through one of the POS systems mentioned above. By having the external system synchronized, the order will be sent to Waitry where, within the order, it will display a QR option.

• If we press this option, the QR code will appear for your diner to pay for the order. You can give them the PIN code or the QR code for them to scan it in our app

• This code will direct us to the order confirmation where the customer can pay in the manner they prefer.

• At the moment the customer has correctly paid for the order, within our panel, the order will appear registered as PAID: YES.

• Done! Your customer has paid for the order in a very simple way 😉

Now you can enable this option if you want to use it. To do this, you just have to go to the "Connect POS/TPV" section.

n each POS (Hosteltáctil, Revo, or Lightspeed), you have an option to check that indicates "Use payment at the table".

Note II: If this option is checked, every time someone checks in at a table, the order will be searched for in the POS systems (that we have integrated). It works whether an order is added in Waitry or if it is added in Hosteltáctil, Revo, or Lightspeed. Every payment QR/PIN must be read in the app so that the customer is taken directly to pay for the order.
