Take advantage of this loyalty tool, customized to your liking, to keep customers informed about new promotions, greet them for their birthday, and much more.
In this guide, we'll tell you how to configure and automate it. Let's get started! 🚀
- Within our platform, go to the left side menu to the 0

- In the upper right corner, click on the New Campaign option.

- In the GENERAL tab, you must enter: Name, description, campaign validity (duration), choose the type, when to send it, select the time, and you can also attach a promotion that you already use and have loaded in Waitry.

- Here you will be able to name and write a description for your campaign.
- Add the dates when your campaign will be valid and set filters for your recipients.
- In this section, you will be able to add the days you want to repeat the campaing
- Select this option to attach a promotion.
- Here you can choose the promotion.
Then, in the second tab EMAIL, you can configure the email that will be sent to your customers. You can add a header or an image of our latest news.

- If you have finished designing your email, you can configure the PUSH NOTIFICATIONS for the user to see it within the App. There, you can add the title of the notification and its content.

- Upon finishing your campaign configuration, you must press SAVE and you can view it as follows:
- Edit your campaign
- Delete your campaign.
- Enable/disable said campaign.
- By pressing this option, the campaign will be sent to the recipients you want.
- Done! You have now configured and scheduled your mailing campaign 🙂
¿How do I know which recipients my mailing campaign is sent to?
You can segment your users with the filter tool, which is located inside the "Campaign" screen. We will select the filter button.

Within this tool, we will go to "New Filter" and complete the fields that appear.

We will press "Add" (Agregar) and the filter will be generated for us to send the campaign to the chosen recipients.
