¿How to cancel an order?

To be able to cancel an order, we must activate that option by following these steps:


  • Within the panel, click on Configure Local (or Configure Store/Venue, depending on the context).

  • There, we will choose the service: TAKE AWAY OR DELIVERY and click on the EDIT button.


  • In the window that appears, we must activate the option CAN CANCEL ORDER and next to it, the option MINUTES BEFORE THE USER CAN CANCEL will be enabled.


Example: If an order was requested for delivery at 9:00 PM (21:00hs), the user will be able to cancel it until 8:45 PM (20:45hs).



  • When the customer places the order, the CANCEL ORDER button will appear at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: This option is not available in other services.
