Video on services

You can add a video that is shown to customers when they go to place an order!

You can add it by following these steps:

1. Go to the "Places" section, located on the left sidebar of the admin panel.

2. From there, select the "Edit Store Images" option.

3. Go to the "Video" option and click Upload Video.

You can add a video that is shown to customers when they go to place an order or when they view the store's details. Upload a video in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio) in mp4 format, lasting less than 1 minute and with a maximum size of 12MB.

Once the video has been uploaded, you can enable the service where you want it to be displayed. You can do this in the following way:

1. Go to the Settings option from the top bar:

2. Select the service where you want to enable the video and press Edit:

3. After editing the service in which you want to enable the video, activate the "Mostrar video" (Show video) option:

When you activate "Show video", the customer will have the option to see the assigned video when they proceed to order for delivery (in this case).
