¿How to create a reservation manually?


This guide is a continuation of How to manage client reservations?. In this case, we will see the client's view from the app.


For the user who has reserved a table at your venue to be able to see the reservation generated:


  • In the app, we will go to the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner. When the side options open, we will select MY RESERVATIONS



  • Upon selecting that option, it will direct us to the reservations we have made with our account initiated (logged in) on Waitry:


  • Within that same option, if we select it, the complete detail of the reservation will appear


  • Done! You have learned how to generate a reservation at your venue.


We will also be able to generate a reservation through the website you have contracted with Waitry


  • For this, we will go to our website, where it will show us a reservations window with a selection of the calendar, time, and number of people. There you can enter comments, if you wish.



  • After having completed all the fields, it will ask us to confirm said reservation. To do this, we can enter the data of the person who made the reservation.


  • Finally, if we have already completed the previous fields, the system will send an email to the person who requested that reservation. Confirming the following steps will make the reservation effective.
