¿How to use Waitry for room service?
If you own a hotel or an organization where you offer your gastronomic service, at Waitry we give you the possibility to establish a QR code for each room, so that the people staying there can access your digital menu.
To configure room service, you must first access the configuration icon within LOCALES ⚙️ or in the upper right part of your screen. This access is one of the most important in Waitry: From there, you will determine what type of services you are going to offer with your digital menu!
On the left side of your screen, the available services and the option to add new ones will appear. Everything in Waitry is totally configurable according to what you need to sell! 🤩 Let's move on with the room service configuration, so you can have your rooms ready with their assigned QR. Click on ADD SERVICE and select ROOM SERVICE


Once you have added the service, we will create the different access points. What do we mean when we talk about an access point? 🤔
We call an access point each QR / Pin / Link that will allow your clients to access your menu. The QR codes always have an associated Pin number.
this case, we are going to create a QR for each room you have. You must click on the ➕ inside the access point and indicate a name and a number to identify it. Click save and that's it! You now have your first QR. You can create as many as you want and need 😉

To be able to print them, you must go to the upper right part of your screen and click on PRINT QR. We have different styles to choose from!
