¿How to create personalized automatic surveys?



Would you like to create personalized surveys to learn your clients' opinions? If you have a premium account with Waitry, we give you the possibility to create your own questionnaires! Add this module to your plan! 😉


In this guide, we'll tell you how to configure it! Let's get started!


  • Inside our platform, go to the left side menu and click on the MARKETING > SURVEYS module






  • There you can start configuring the questionnaires. Select ADD SURVEY in the upper right corner



  • Next, you will need to configure the following: Title, branches/stores, show only in certain services, estimated time to send the survey, etc




  1. Add a title to your survey
  2. Enter the branch/store where you would like this survey to appear
  3. If you want it to be sent for all services, do not select any Otherwise, it will only appear in the configured service
  4. Mark it as active so they can see it
  5. If you have more than one branch/store, you can 'select all'
  6. Configure the estimated time the survey will be sent to the diner's email inbox
  7. Start adding questions


  • Add the question in Add Question, along with a description and the type of rating:


  • Range > Here you can select the rating range
  • Options > With this option you can add different choices for the client to select
  • Open > The client can comment whatever they wish.


Press Save and Done! You will now have all your questions configured to be able to collect the information you need from your clients 😉


  • From here you will be able to see how the survey is displayed once it is sent to the client's email.



  • Finally, you will be able to view the answers in detail by selecting the magnifying glass icon 🔎, as well as exporting all the responses you have received at your branch/store into an Excel spreadsheet.
