¿How to create and manage orders in multiple branches?


Within this article, we will learn how to use the CUSTOMER SERVICE module. Let's get started!


  • We will go to the ATTENTION tab, which is located on the left side, as the last option.
  • Two options will appear there: 'Search orders' – 'New order'


**Search orders: **For complaints or to see the current status of an order.

New order: To place a new order



SEARCH ORDERS


Here we will search for the order using the corresponding number and we can view its details by positioning ourselves on the last option in the row, which says 'products'.



In this way, they will be able to see the status of the claimed (complained about) order.



NUEVO PEDIDO


Here we will be able to manually enter the order placed by the diner via phone, WhatsApp, or also in person at the venue. To do this, we will go into 'new order





  1. Enter the client's name, email, or phone number
  2. Address
  3. Assign the branch/store depending on the zone.


CLARIFICATION: If you do not have restaurant chains or want to place an order at the venue, deactivate the 'Search by zones' option. This will automatically take us to the steps to complete. Otherwise, if you have a chain, this option will bring you the branch closest to the diner's address, depending on the delivery zone of any of the branches.


The generated order will have four steps for its confirmation:



STEP 1


Here we will be able to enter the service under which the order will be carried out. This will depend on each branch/store, following the different types of services they have enabled.



STEP 2


We will enter the diner's details. Once the data entry is finished, we will go to 'NEXT STEP



STEP 3


We will search for the products requested by the diner. Upon selecting the product, a window with different options will appear: If the product has a variation, it will come up as a choice to select. The quantity can also be added and, if necessary, a note for the client. Once loaded, we will press 'ADD PRODUCTS




NOTE: Once the window that appeared has been closed, you must press 'ADD PRODUCTS' again to continue to STEP 4.


STEP 4


As a final step, we will be able to: Schedule a pickup time (since in the demonstration we selected 'TAKE AWAY'), add a note for the client (if one was not previously added), and confirm the order.



Done! The order number to be given to the client will be visible. When the order is confirmed, it will also notify us with a sound and a push notification from the right side, indicating that a new order has been received.



To view it, you will be able to enter the ORDERS tab and also the KITCHEN tab.
