Did you forget your password?

You didn't save your password when you logged in to the Waitry panel? No problem, you can reset it at any time you want. You need the email address you use and have registered as a user at your location.

No matter what type of user you are, you can reset your password.





That link will take you to a box where you have to enter the username/email you use to manage the Waitry panel. Then click on "Recover my password ".




When you enter the user/email, it will ask us to enter our email to verify that we have wanted to change the password.



Once in our email, we will open the email provided by Waitry and you must click on the I want to recover my password! button.




It will direct us to another tab where we can see our user/email and two empty fields to place a new password, in the other field, you must repeat the password you entered.




Select "Change my password " and that's it! You now have a new password to access your Waitry panel.
